ITAMA 56
While preserving the essential lines that have made the ITAMA 56 an icon, this hull has undergone a meticulous refit that has transformed it into a truly one-of-a-kind vessel.
The cockpit layout has been completely redesigned: deeper seating for enhanced comfort, a more compact smoked glass dining table, and a redesigned companionway area featuring a teak platform to facilitate access to the foredeck — now made possible through a central opening in the windshield, inspired by the latest-generation Itama models.
The aft sunpad has also been reconfigured to allow access via a central walkway, eliminating the need to step on the cushions and providing direct entry to the aft cabin.
The entire deck has been clad in teak with grey caulking. To further enhance the sense of space at the bow, the sunpad — now round in shape — features an “H” marking, suggesting a helipad-style aesthetic.
Another key upgrade is the stern platform: the structure has been reinforced to increase load capacity and, when needed, it can be transformed into a true beach club with a seawater pool.
Below deck, the surprise continues with a modern open-space layout. To starboard, a galley with central island and two stools is equipped with induction cooktop, Teppanyaki grill, retractable Elika hood, 90 cm oven, and dual-zone vertical wine cooler. To port, an L-shaped sofa is surrounded by exquisite Bottega Veneta leather detailing.
Bottega Veneta was also selected for the finishes in the owner’s suite, ensuring a refined and cohesive aesthetic throughout.
The guest cabin has been converted into a nursery: a custom wooden structure has been added over the left-hand bed to accommodate a cradle and changing table, while the second bed is dedicated to the nanny. The cabin can be easily restored to a traditional twin configuration if desired.
To top it all off, the perfect soundtrack is delivered by a state-of-the-art 12,000-watt stereo system.
