ITAMA 56 “GYPSY”

In the beginning it was ITAMA 56...today it is "GITANO"!

"GITANO" while maintaining the essentiality of the lines that have made the ITAMA 56 iconic has undergone a meticulous refitting that has transformed this specimen into something unique.

The cockpit spaces have been redesigned: deeper seating, a less bulky dining table in smoked glass, and the hatch area, where a teak top has been inserted to facilitate access towards the bow, which is now through an opening made in the center of the windshield as in the new generation Itama.

The aft sundeck, has been modified so that access is through a central passageway, without having to "walk on the cushions" and allow entry into the aft cabin. The entire deck has been covered in teak with gray coments and, to further emphasize the width of the bow, the round-shaped sundeck bears the letter "H" as if to indicate a Helipad.Another important modification is that of the stern platform: the structure has been reinforced to provide a greater load-bearing capacity and, if needed, magically transform into a real beach club with a swimming pool.

But it is once you reach below deck that you are surprised and welcomed into a modern open space: to starboard is the galley with a center peninsula and two stools, induction plate, teppanyaki, retractable Elika hood, 100-cm oven, and vertical dual-zone wine cooler. To the left is an L-shaped sofa, surrounded by Bottega's wonderful leather details.

Bottega, was also chosen for the finishing of the master cabin.

The guest cabin has been used as a "Nursery" by superimposing a wooden frame with a cradle and changing table on the left bed, while, the second bed is dedicated to the "Nanny". The whole can be easily restored to the traditional double cabin. The right soundtrack is provided by a respectable stereo system, a good 12000 watts!
